History

Mutt Logic is a team of highly-experienced software development engineers. We are in the business of applying a blend of technology, experience and skills to create our client's business solution.

While our roots are in the area of functional design verification in the computer integrated circuit design field, the majority of our clients today benefit from our experience and engineering discipline to develop software solutions for the challenges in their fields (agriculture, computer systems, facilities management, health care, higher education, law & enforcement, logistics, manufacturing, media, network security and private primary education - to name a few).

Mutt Logic was founded as Mutt Software by Jeff Shaffer in 2003. Jeff has 24+ years of industry experience working for start-ups and industry giants like Hewlett-Packard. You can view Jeff's LinkedIn profile here.

We later renamed our company to Mutt Logic to better describe all the services we offer from system & ASIC functional design verification, to database & business applications, to back-end services for Internet design and interactive media agencies.

Mutt Logic maintains its main commercial office in Westminster, Maryland (a suburb of Baltimore, MD & Washington, D.C.) with employees and sub-contractors in Texas and other states.
